Frequently Asked Questions
Please read our FAQ before sending us a message.
Delivery costs really depend on where you live and how many things you order. All of our t-shirts are printed to order in the UK, so the good news is that if you’re in the UK the delivery is cheaper (even after Brexit). It costs a little more to deliver to Europe, and more still for the rest of the world. The cost of delivery is based on the weight of your order and is made clear once you put your address in at the checkout before you pay.
All of products are printed on demand, which means at busy times this can take a day or two to actually produce your tee. If you select standard delivery, that means it’s likely to be around two or three days to produce, and another day or two to deliver. If you select first class delivery, it will still take the same amount of time to produce.Â
Please bear in mind that during peak Christmas and sale season, we can have more T-Shirts to print, so if you need a Tee for a specific date, just drop us a line and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you!
Also, please note that during the Coronavirus lockdown we are adhering to strict social distancing measures which has increased our production times by about a week. Orders placed during the lockdown are normally shipped between 10-12 working days after the order. The latest estimate for the time taken to ship an order during the social distancing restrictions will appear on the product pages themselves.
You can see the full size guide for all of our t-shirts here.
All payments are processed using Stripe, one of the Internet’s leading payment providers. You can use any major credit or debit card, and you can use Apple Pay if you’re using your iPhone. Other mobile payment options will be available in the near future.
All transactions on our site are encryped using SSL. We also only process your data in line with our privacy policy (which you can read here). We don’t store any of your payment details – the payment itself is processed by Stripe, and we never actually store your payment details once the payment is confirmed.
Once your order is placed, our very lovely printing partners (Inkthreadable) take that order and print your chosen design onto the t-shirt of your choice using a frankly enormous and impressive machine. Your t-shirt is minty-fresh and brand new. Once printed, it is lovingly packaged up and sent direct to your delivery address, where you will open it, wear it, and look…well.. FABULOUS!
You will receive an order confirmation once your payment is processed (usually within a few minutes of placing the order). This will have all of your order details. Should you require an invoice, we can prepare one for you, simply get in touch using the form on this page.
Well, that’s the million dollar question isn’t it? Do you believe experts, or the bloke down the pub? Either way, life will go on, and people will still need t-shirts, so you can rest assured we’ll still be here.
Unless it goes REALLY badly, in which case we’ll probably switch to selling weapons and roadkill.
